TAN was initial formed to help clients rebuild after disasters. While our mission began in support of devastated clients, we are a full-service provider at our core, and work in all trades involving construction, alteration, remodeling, repairing, wrecking or demolition, addition to, or improvement of any building, structure, excavation or other project, development, or improvement to a property.
TAN Ambassadors maintain a network of fully vetted and qualified trade partners who offer the well-established experience and proficiency to successfully perform their respective part.
We’re a driven group of successful, experienced, and professional individuals that place our client’s interest first and we ask all our partners to go through a thorough vetting process that proves they do as too.
Our network is filled with Trade, Supplier, and Consultant Partners – everyone who works with TAN is a Partner and important to the success of our clients’ projects.
TAN partners with the best-of-the-best in every construction trade. We ensure their regulatory compliance, vet their work, and then pair them with the projects they will be successful on.
You always make the final choice of the provider(s) that you are comfortable with and will perform your project.
Vetting by TAN
It seems as though there are a million providers for a single service, which makes picking the right one for your project feel like an almost impossible task.
With access to so many providers and not all of them delivering exceptional service, it’s important to vet them before recommending to a TAN client.
We establish whether their client retention rate is high and if they’ve been able to maintain long-term contracts.
Partner vetting can be time consuming however, our clients appreciate and find peace of mind knowing the partners they've select for their project and that will be coming onto their property have a safety program, insurance, worker’s compensation, and the necessary experience.
TAN clients want clear, proven processes from start to finish. There should be no guesswork and there should be no mistakes. This is especially true for service providers that must adhere to compliance regulations.
Verified licensing, bonding, and insurance compliance
If the service provider requires any form of licensing, bonding, or insurance, TAN verifies that these requirements are met and kept up to date.
TAN must have full confidence in our service partners, TAN engages in service partner vetting to determine if a service partner has enough experience to be capable of handling complicated scenarios.
