The Restoration Industry

The restoration industry is a unique ...

no cost to our clients

Like thousands of others, when you begin the process of trying to rebuild, you can be left feeling confused and hopeless.

Don’t be rushed into hiring anyone before you are ready to.

Especially after disasters, you may be hit with aggressive sales pitches from contractors, adjusters, restoration firms, public adjusters, and others.

Working with an experienced TAN Ambassador by your side gives you a strong voice throughout the rebuilding process, giving you more input and leverage on your claim.

Working with a TAN Ambassador gives you access to a Xactware-Xactimate Certified Specialist.

TAN Partner Providers know the benefit of having a Xactimate Certified Estimator results in “Getting paid for the job they should do instead of the doing the job they think is all they'll get paid for!”

Your TAN Ambassador is available to help. Reach out to us at (720) 239-2410  to schedule a time to discuss your recovery journey.

We are NOT Public Adjusters

A public adjuster contract technically is an assignment of a agreed upon percentage of policy proceeds due the policyholder from the insurer.

Public Adjuster's are retained to negotiate for you with the insurance carrier regarding scope of work and coverage determination. Public Adjuster typically take anywhere from 5 to 10% of your insurance proceeds as payment.

  • Example from A Public Adjuster Contract: The insured agrees to pay the Public Adjuster for such services a contingent fee of _____% of the amount paid by the insurance company for this loss. The contingent fee of the Public Adjuster shall be due from each draft or check issued by the insurance company in the percentage listed in this contract.

  • Example of Public Adjuster Contingency Fee: if a public adjuster successfully submits a claim to the insurance company for $150,000 settlement, the public adjuster’s fee will be $15,000 based on a 10% commission.
